La posizione combina la gestione diretta di progetti di costruzione industriale e logistica con lo sviluppo di iniziative legate all’energia, con particolare focus su impianti fotovoltaici e sistemi BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems). Il ruolo avrà un’impostazione concreta e operativa, con presenza in cantiere e responsabilità diretta nel coordinamento di progettisti, imprese, subappaltatori e consulenti specialistici. Project Manager – Construction & Renewables ITA/2609/SPMR / Milan-based / Il candidato ideale proviene dal project management di costruzioni industriali, logistiche o infrastrutturali e puo’ contare su conoscenze o esperienza di partecipazione a progetti fotovoltaici e/o sistemi di accumulo. L’obiettivo è inserire un Project Manager capace di gestire direttamente la realizzazione dei progetti e, parallelamente, sviluppare ulteriormente le proprie competenze nel settore energetico, diventando il punto di riferimento per le rinnovabili a livello di Country. Responsabilità: Gestire progetti di costruzione industriale e logistica dalla fase di pianificazione fino alla realizzazione, commissioning e consegna; Supervisionare direttamente le attività di cantiere, coordinando imprese, subappaltatori e fornitori; Collaborare con progettisti, ingegneri, architetti e consulenti nella definizione e verifica delle soluzioni progettuali; Redigere e monitorare cronoprogrammi & SAL, monitorare il budget, supervisionare il lavoro di appaltatori e subappaltatori in termini di tempi, costi, qualità e conformità tecnica, e predisporre la reportistica periodica relativa, a supporto della prevenzione rischi e delle principali decisioni di progetto; Cooperare con il reparto di Procurement nella selezione e negoziazione con fornitori, imprese e partner tecnici; Coordinare le attività relative all’installazione e attivazione di impianti fotovoltaici sugli immobili; Supportare lo sviluppo e la realizzazione di progetti BESS, coordinando consulenti, fornitori e operatori specializzati; Seguire, insieme agli specialisti interni ed esterni, gli iter autorizzativi e di connessione alla rete relativi ai progetti PV e BESS; Coordinare le interfacce tecniche con gestori di rete e altri stakeholder coinvolti nei processi di allacciamento ed energizzazione; Monitorare rischi, criticità e variazioni di progetto, definendo le necessarie azioni correttive; Assicurare il rispetto degli standard aziendali, delle normative applicabili e dei requisiti HSE. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile, Elettrica, Energetica, Meccanica, Architettura o formazione tecnica equivalente; Esperienza consolidata nella gestione e realizzazione di progetti di costruzione, preferibilmente in ambito industriale, logistico, commerciale o infrastrutturale; Esperienza o concreta esposizione o partecipazione a progetti fotovoltaici e/o BESS; Capacità di gestione diretta di imprese, subappaltatori, progettisti e consulenti; Buona conoscenza di programmazione lavori, controllo costi, procurement e SAL; Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di elaborati tecnici, capitolati e computi; Comprensione dei processi autorizzativi e di connessione alla rete relativi a progetti energetici; Italiano fluente e conoscenza almeno intermedia dell’inglese; Disponibilità a trasferte presso cantieri e progetti del Nord Italia L’offerta: Un ruolo di autonomia e responsabilità diretta su progetti di costruzione industriali e logistici all’interno di un Gruppo europeo in crescita ed espansione, con l’opportunita’ di sviluppare in un ambiente professionale sfidante competenze in ambito fotovoltaico e di battery storage; Formazione continua con corsi esterni di lingua e di specializzazione; Contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione competitiva, auto aziendale e benefit in linea con il ruolo e l’esperienza; Il range salariale previsto e’ di 50-80.000 Eur di RAL + MBO, ulteriormente negoziabile in fase di colloquio a fronte di esperienza professionale, track record, qualita’ caratteriali e potenziale personale. The position combines hands-on management of industrial and logistics construction projects with the development of energy initiatives, with a particular focus on photovoltaic systems and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems). This is a practical, delivery-focused role involving regular site presence and direct responsibility for coordinating designers, contractors, subcontractors and specialist consultants. Project Manager – Construction & Renewables ITA/2609/SPMR / Milan-based / The ideal candidate comes from an industrial, logistics or infrastructure construction project management background and has knowledge of, or previous involvement in, photovoltaic and/or battery energy storage projects. The objective is to appoint a Project Manager capable of directly managing project delivery while further developing their expertise in the energy sector, ultimately becoming the country-level point of reference for renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage industrial and logistics construction projects from the planning stage through construction, commissioning and final handover; Directly oversee site activities, coordinating contractors, subcontractors and suppliers; Work closely with designers, engineers, architects and consultants to define and review technical and design solutions; Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress reports, track budgets, oversee contractors and subcontractors against programme, cost, quality and technical compliance requirements, and provide regular project reporting to support risk management and key project decisions; Work closely with the Procurement team on the selection of and negotiations with suppliers, contractors and technical partners; Coordinate the installation, connection and commissioning of photovoltaic systems across the property portfolio; Support the development and delivery of BESS projects, coordinating specialist consultants, suppliers and contractors; Coordinate, together with internal and external specialists, permitting and grid connection processes for PV and BESS projects; Manage technical interfaces with grid operators and other stakeholders involved in grid connection and energisation; Monitor project risks, issues and variations, defining and implementing the necessary corrective actions; Ensure compliance with company standards, applicable regulations and HSE requirements. Requirements: Degree in Civil, Building, Electrical, Energy or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent technical qualification; Solid experience in the management and delivery of construction projects, preferably within the industrial, logistics, commercial or infrastructure sectors; Experience with, or meaningful exposure to or involvement in, photovoltaic and/or BESS projects; Proven ability to directly manage contractors, subcontractors, designers and consultants; Good knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, procurement and progress reporting; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and bills of quantities; Understanding of permitting and grid connection processes for energy projects; Fluent Italian and at least an intermediate level of English; Willingness to travel to construction sites and projects across Northern Italy.
