La posizione riporta direttamente al Managing Director italiano e ha la responsabilità di pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare l’intero ciclo di realizzazione dei progetti edilizi, dalla fase autorizzativa fino alla consegna finale. Senior Project Manager ITA/2609/PMRO / Rome-based / Il candidato ideale possiede una solida esperienza nel settore logistico/industriale, con competenze tecniche e gestionali che gli permettano di coordinare team multidisciplinari, garantendo tempi, costi e qualità secondo gli standard aziendali. Responsabilità Cooperare con progettisti, ingegneri e architetti per la definizione delle specifiche di progetto; Supervisionare e gestire le attività di cantiere, dal coordinamento delle imprese all’avanzamento dei lavori; Redigere, revisionare e approvare il cronoprogramma lavori, comprendente ingegnerizzazione, approvvigionamenti e costruzione; Monitorare lo Stato Avanzamento Lavori (SAL), il budget e le attività di cantiere, assicurando il rispetto dei KPI aziendali; Garantire che tutti i permessi, gli accordi e la documentazione siano disponibili prima dell’avvio del progetto; Organizzare le riunioni di coordinamento di cantiere, redigere i verbali e monitorare i follow-up; Partecipare alla negoziazione e gestione dei rapporti con fornitori e subappaltatori; Supervisionare il piano approvvigionamenti, valutando le offerte economiche e assicurando l’ottimizzazione dei costi; Gestire appaltatori e subappaltatori in termini di tempi, costi e qualità; Predisporre la reportistica periodica e riferire alla Direzione sull’andamento dei progetti; Verificare, in coordinamento con il Coordinatore per la Sicurezza (CSP/CSE), il rispetto delle normative e del Piano di Sicurezza e Coordinamento (PSC); Curare i rapporti con clienti e conduttori, garantendo la soddisfazione e la gestione di eventuali criticità; Analizzare rischi e criticità di progetto, gestendo eventuali imprevisti e rinegoziazioni operative. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile o Architettura; Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti di costruzione, preferibilmente nel settore logistico-industriale e in contesti internazionali; Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di elaborati tecnici, capitolati e computi metrici estimativi; Competenze nello sviluppo di cronoprogrammi lavori e nella redazione di SAL; Ottima conoscenza della normativa urbanistica ed edilizia; Padronanza di Microsoft Office, Google Workspace e software tecnici di settore; Spiccate capacità organizzative, leadership, problem solving e comunicazione; Autonomia operativa e attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari; Italiano e inglese fluenti; Disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte sul territorio nazionale ove occorra. The role reports directly to the Italian Managing Director and carries full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle – from permitting and pre-construction through to final handover. Senior Project Manager ITA/2609/PMRO / Rome-based / The ideal candidate has solid experience in the logistics/industrial sector, with both technical and managerial skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to define project specifications; Supervise and direct site activities, including contractor coordination and construction progress; Prepare, review, and approve the project schedule covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases; Monitor progress reports, cost control, and site performance, ensuring company KPIs are achieved; Ensure all permits, agreements, and documentation are in place prior to project commencement. Organize and lead site coordination meetings, issue minutes, and follow up on action items; Lead negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors; Oversee the procurement plan, evaluate bids, and ensure cost efficiency; Manage contractors and subcontractors according to schedule, budget, and quality compliance; Prepare regular progress reports and update line management on project status; Coordinate with the Health & Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with legislation and site safety plans; Maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution; Identify project risks, handle unforeseen issues, and implement corrective measures when required. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction and project management, ideally within the logistics/industrial sector and in international environments; Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities; Proven skills in project scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting; Solid knowledge of Italian urban planning and building regulations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and industry-related software; Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams; Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); Willingness to travel across Italy as required.
