The posting

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network and security infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Handle escalated incidents from L1 support and collaborate closely with L3 engineers for complex issues.
  • Monitor network performance, ensure high availability, and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Perform network optimization activities and implement performance and reliability improvements.
  • Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and remediation actions.
  • Implement and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Utilize monitoring tools such as PRTG and SolarWinds to ensure system health and uptime.
  • Prepare and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure and efficient operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in network and security engineering.
  • Mandatory certifications: CCNA and Fortinet NSE 4.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, proxies, WAN optimization, and load balancing.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting complex network and security issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
