Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit in multidisziplinären Forschungsprojekten der industriellen Wirkstoffentwicklung
  • Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von CE-SDS-, HPLC- und LC-MS-Analysen zur Charakterisierung und Qualitätskontrolle von Proteinen
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung analytischer Methoden (insbesondere HPLC-basierter Verfahren) zur Proteincharakterisierung
  • Etablierung von Auswerteverfahren unter Berücksichtigung gängiger Industriestandards
  • Sicherstellung vereinbarter Qualitätsstandards und Zeitvorgaben
  • Instandhaltung, Troubleshooting sowie Durchführung kleiner Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Analysegeräten
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Auswertung der Daten gemäß interner Richtlinien und Kundenvorgaben.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CTA, MTA, BTA, Chemie-/Biologielaborant*in oder Bachelor/Master in Biologie, Biochemie oder Chemie (keine Promotion)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der proteinanalytischen HPLC oder Lichtstreumethoden, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Hohe Motivation, Neugier und Freude an innovativen, herausfordernden Aufgaben
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und analytisches Denken
  • Erfahrung mit Chromeleon sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
