Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie arbeiten innerhalb von Drug-Discovery-Projekten an der Charakterisierung von Wirkstoff-Zielprotein-Interaktionen mit Medikamentenkandidaten unserer Kunden und aus Proteros-eigenen Entwicklungsprojekten.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Laborleiter:innen entwickeln Sie biochemische, zelluläre und biophysikalische Assays zur Charakterisierung von Wirkstoff-Zielprotein-Interaktionen.
  • Sie verwenden biophysikalische Technologien wie z.B. SPR, nanoDSF, MST, ITC und enzymatische Assays.
  • Sie führen roboterunterstützte Wirkstoffscreens durch.
  • Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeitsschritte und analysieren die Daten nach unseren internen Vorschriften sowie den Vorgaben unserer Kund:innen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Ihren Master/Bachelor im Studiengang Biologie oder Biochemie bzw. Ihre Ausbildung als CTA/MTA/BTA oder Chemie- /Biologielaborant mit gutem Ergebnis abgeschlossen (keine Promotion).
  • Sie besitzen praktische Erfahrung im Bereich biochemischer und biophysikalischer Assays.
  • Sie zeigen große Sorgfalt sowie Organisationsgeschick bei der parallelen Bearbeitung von Projekten.
  • Sie zeichnen sich aus durch eine selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsbereitschaft, Serviceorientiertheit sowie das Interesse, sich in neue Methoden einzuarbeiten.
  • Sie besitzen gute MS Office- und Englisch-Kenntnisse.
