GERENTE DE SEGURIDAD - DOLORES HIDALGO

Base: Dolores Hidalgo Guanajuato

-Objetivo:

Ejecutar acciones enfocadas a la administración de riesgos y controles relacionados con la salud y seguridad personal, detección de fraudes y lavado de dinero con el objetivo de identificar desviaciones y prevenir el riesgo operacional en Sucursales.

-Retos a los que te enfrentas:

Monitorear el ambiente de control en sucursales con el objetivo de identificar el cumplimiento o desviación de los procesos y políticas de la compañía.

Ejecutar las visitas de cobertura de riesgo en cada uno de los territorios asignados para garantizar la seguridad y protección de los activos de la empresa.

Ejecutar juntas con agentes y Staff para llevar a cabo sesiones de concientización y entrenamientos de fraude y seguridad en sucursales con el fin de contribuir al cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la organización.

Realizar los arqueos a Agentes, Staff, Administración y cualquier otra posición que maneje efectivo en campo y en Sucursal para confirmar que el uso de los activos de la empresa y el traslado de efectivo cumple con las políticas establecidas.

Realizar las investigaciones relacionadas a fraudes, incidentes y accidentes con el objetivo de determinar los principales riesgos y perdidas registrados en la sucursal asignada.

Registrar los reportes de los hallazgos detectados en campo y sucursal dentro del Portal de Seguridad, con el objetivo de tener el soporte y reportar los casos a las áreas involucradas.

Ejecutar las actividades del plan de salud y seguridad ocupacional en la sucursal para dar cumplimiento a la estrategia definida en la compañía.
