Estamos buscando un líder dinámico y con visión comercial para sumarse a nuestro equipo:

🔍 Responsabilidades:

  1. Capacitar y desarrollar a promotores comisionistas para mejorar ventas y cobranza semanal
  2. Supervisar y coordinar actividades comerciales en campo
  3. Acompañar y apoyar en gestiones de cobranza directa
  4. Cumplir metas semanales de colocación y recuperación de crédito
  5. Reclutar y seleccionar a tu equipo de promotores comisionistas de crédito (trabajo en campo)

✅ Requisitos:

  • Experiencia como Supervisor, Coordinador o Gerente de ventas y cobranza en campo.
  • Experiencia en sector financiero, créditos individuales o para negocio
  • Habilidad para manejar equipos de promotores comisionistas
  • Prospección de clientes y gestión de cobranza domiciliaria
  • Excelente manejo de herramientas de trabajo en campo
