Despre rol:

În rolul de Team Leader Vânzări, vei coordona și dezvolta echipa de reprezentanți coordonatori și reprezentanți de vânzări din zona alocată, contribuind la creșterea portofoliului de clienți, dezvoltarea oamenilor și atingerea obiectivelor de business într-un mod sustenabil.

Ce vei face:

• Vei conduce, susține și motiva echipa pentru atingerea obiectivelor de business.

• Vei recruta, dezvolta și crește performanța oamenilor din echipa ta prin coaching, feedback și suport constant.

• Vei dezvolta strategii de prospectare și vânzare pentru atragerea de noi clienți și consolidarea relației cu cei existenți.

• Vei implementa împreună cu echipa planurile de dezvoltare a zonei pe care o coordonezi.

• Vei monitoriza performanța și vei identifica oportunități de îmbunătățire a rezultatelor.

• Vei asigura respectarea proceselor, standardelor de calitate și politicilor companiei.

• Vei contribui la implementarea schimbărilor și inițiativelor de business în aria ta de responsabilitate.

  • Experiență în vânzări și coordonarea unei echipe.
  • Experiență în dezvoltarea oamenilor și gestionarea performanței.
  • Cunoștințe și experiență în tehnici de vânzare și negociere.
  • Abilități foarte bune de comunicare, coaching și influențare.
  • Capacitatea de a lua decizii, de a rezolva probleme și de a identifica oportunități de dezvoltare.
  • Permis de conducere categoria B.
