  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și persuasiune – știi să captezi atenția și să pui întrebările potrivite.

  • Ambiție de a obține rezultate și capacitatea de a transforma "nu" în "da".
  • Disponibilitate pentru a învăța și a-ți îmbunătăți constant tehnicile de vânzare.
  • Te descurci cu ușurință pe calculator sau laptop – navighezi prin aplicații, te loghezi pe platforme precum Teams și ești gata să înveți instrumente noi.
  • Ești orientat(ă) către rezultate și motivat(ă) de ideea de a atinge și depăși targetul lunar.

Ce vei face?

  • Vei contacta clienții telefonic și le vei prezenta produsele și serviciile noastre într-un mod convingător.
  • Vei analiza nevoile lor și vei propune soluții adaptate, evidențiind beneficiile pentru fiecare client.
  • Vei depăși obiecțiile clienților prin argumente clare și logice, câștigându-le încrederea.
  • Vei participa la campanii de vânzări bine structurate, care te vor ajuta să-ți maximizezi performanța.
