✅Analista de Impuestos:

Debe garantizar el cumplimiento oportuno y correcto de las obligaciones impositivas de la compañía a nivel nacional, provincial y municipal, mediante la liquidación, presentación y control de declaraciones juradas, así como el seguimiento de las cuentas corrientes fiscales asegurando el respaldo documental adecuado y la actualización permanente frente a cambios normativos.

🎯 Tu misión

  • Realizar las presentaciones de Impuestos Nacionales, Provinciales y Municipales en tiempo y forma para la aplicacion correcta de la norma legal y documentando ordenadamente con papeles de trabajo como respaldo.
  • Mantener al día toda la información Impositiva/Legal requerida por los Organismos de Control y Responder sus Notificaciones
  • Controlar y revisar el estado de las cuentas corrientes en los organismos
  • Mantenerse actualizado en las nuevas regulaciones y disposiciones.

Requisitos

🔎Perfil que buscamos

📌Formación académica

  • Recibido de Contador o de Ciencias Económicas

📌Experiencia

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en liquidación de Impuestos
  • Mínimo 2 años en puestos similares al rol
  • Experiencia en armado, revisión y control de IVA
  • Conocimiento en ingresos brutos
  • Conocimiento en concilaicion de cunetas contables

📌Conocimientos técnicos

  • Excel Avanzado
  • Conocimiento de procesos del área.
  • Manejo de software ERP

📒Funciones Principales

📌Proceso de armado de Ventas:

  • Armado, revisión, y control de las ventas de las sucursales contra Afip y contra las cuentas contables.
  • Presentar el detalle de venta de ciertos locales a los locatarios.

📌Proceso de Liquidación y Presentación de DDJJ Iva e Ingresos Brutos:

  • Armado, revisión, y control de los papeles de trabajo con la presentación de las DJ de IVA, Libro IVA y Dj de Ingresos Brutos.
  • Determinar y Aplicar cambios de normativa, novedades de cambio de coeficientes, cambios de alicuotas de retenciones y percepciones. Exportación e Importación y sus respectivas exclusiones, asi como tambien otros gastos no gravados.
  • Control de los saldos a favor y a pagar. Realizar las solicitudes para reducción de alicuotas en caso de corresponder.

📌Proceso de Liquidación y Presentación de Agentes de recaudación

  • Armado, revisión, y control de los papeles de trabajo con la presentación de las DJ como Agentes de recaudación en AGIP (DJ Arciba), ARBA (DJ Ret y Percep) y AFIP (DJ SIRE)
  • Revisar, controlar y comparar los montos de retenciones y perpcepciones en términos generales, así como las alicuotas aplicadas.

📌Proceso de Liquidacion y Presentación de Impuestos Municipales

  • Armado, revisión, y control de los papeles de trabajo con la presentación de las DJ de los 14 municipios actuales, en Seg. Hig y Der Publicidad y Prop.
  • -Mantener al día las cuentas corrientes (Seg Hig, Der Public, ABL, Imp inmobiliario, Pte algunos casos). Armado de plan de pago y seguimiento de pagos.
  • Colaborar con las habilitaciones y gestiones municipales en las presentaciones o pagos faltantes.
  • Controlar de Deuda Municipal.
