🚀 ANALISTA DE INVENTARIOS

Asegurar la exactitud, trazabilidad y razonabilidad del inventario de Puppis en Colombia, mediante la planeación y seguimiento de los conteos cíclicos y las tomas físicas, la conciliación de diferencias entre el físico y los sistemas (SAP, OMS, POS), análisis de causa raíz de ajustes, saldos negativos y stock en tránsito y la construcción de indicadores. Con el fin de reducir la pérdida de inventario y proteger el valor de los activos de la compañia.

📢 ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Ejecutar conteos cíclicos, analizar diferencias de resultados de inventarios y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Analizar y conciliar las diferencias de inventario a nivel de sede rastreando los movimientos en SAP e identificando las causa raíz.
  • Elaborar reportes y monitorear el flujo de producto entre tiendas, Dark Store y CEDI a nivelnacional.
  • Prevenir la pérdida de inventario mediante el seguimiento de productos próximos a vencer, obsoletos y de baja rotación, la gestión documentada de bajas y destrucciones de mercancía

Requisitos

🏅¿Qué buscamos?

Formación Básica: Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Contaduría Pública, Economía, Administración Logística o carreras afines.

Formación Complementaria: Excel avanzado y Power BI. Manejo de ERP (SAP) y de sistemas POS / OMS.

Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en análisis o control de inventarios, auditoría de inventarios o logística en retail / consumo masivo, preferiblemente en operación
