🚀 ANALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS

Brindar soporte integral en los procesos clave de Recursos Humanos, con enfoque en la gestión administrativa, disciplinaria, bienestar, comunicación interna y seguimiento estratégico. Este rol es fundamental para fortalecer la experiencia del colaborador, garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y alinear el talento con los objetivos de la organización.

📢 ¿Qué vas a hacer?

1. Relaciones Laborales y Cumplimiento Normativo Administrar procesos disciplinarios de acuerdo con el Reglamento Interno de Trabajo y la normatividad colombiana. Elaborar citaciones, actas y reportes, participando activamente en comités disciplinarios. Acompañar líderes en la gestión de equipos y resolución de conflictos, promoviendo relaciones laborales sanas y transparentes.

2. Soporte en Nómina y CompensaciónConsolidar y validar novedades de nómina (incapacidades, licencias, ausencias, descuentos, retiros). Asegurar la correcta aplicación de beneficios extralegales, convenios corporativos y políticas internas. Servir de enlace entre RRHH y nómina para garantizar cierres mensuales exactos y oportunos.

3. Gestión de Indicadores y Reportes (KPIs) Monitorear, analizar y presentar indicadores clave: rotación, ausentismo, headcount, tiempos de respuesta y NPS interno. Generar reportes estratégicos y proponer mejoras basadas en data. Participar en proyectos de automatización y digitalización de procesos de gestión humana.

4. Procesos de Desvinculación Liderar el proceso de salida del colaborador (entrevista de salida, paz y salvo, cierre administrativo y documental). Identificar causas de desvinculación y tendencias de rotación para retroalimentar la estrategia de retención.

Requisitos

🏅¿Qué buscamos?

Formación Básica: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Gestión del Talento Humano o carreras afines.

Formación Complementaria: Excel Intermedio.

Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en procesos de Recursos Humanos, principalmente en procesos disciplinarios, altas y bajas documentales.
