💡Tu reto:

1. Manejo y cuidado de las mascotas (grupos grandes y pequeños)

Supervisar y manejar grupos de perros en espacios asignados, manteniendo el control y fomentando el bienestar animal.

Garantizar la socialización adecuada de los perros, vigilando comportamientos y corrigiendo posibles incidentes.

Asegurar que todos los perros tengan agua limpia y suficiente en todo momento.

2. Alimentación y cuidado diario

Preparar y suministrar los alimentos según las indicaciones (dietas especiales, horarios, etc.).

Monitorear la ingesta de alimentos y reportar cualquier anomalía (falta de apetito, vómitos, diarreas, etc.).

Asegurar que las mascotas cuenten con áreas limpias y seguras para descansar y jugar.

3. Limpieza y mantenimiento del área de trabajo

Realizar limpieza diaria y profunda en las áreas designadas: zonas de juego, áreas de descanso, comederos, bebederos y demás instalaciones.

Ejecutar labores de jardinería: corte de césped, riego de plantas y cuidado de jardines y áreas verdes.

Mantener el orden y la limpieza general para prevenir accidentes o enfermedades.

4. Aseo profundo

Llevar a cabo labores de desinfección en espacios interiores y exteriores, cumpliendo protocolos de limpieza específicos.

Usar los productos adecuados para garantizar la seguridad de los animales y del equipo humano.

5. Apoyo en labores adicionales

Colaborar en el manejo y control de residuos, asegurando una correcta disposición de desechos.

Participar en actividades de enriquecimiento ambiental para las mascotas (juegos, ejercicios supervisados, etc.).

Apoyar a otros compañeros en tareas requeridas, asegurando el buen funcionamiento del área.

6. Trabajo nocturno (en servicio de hotel)

Supervisar el bienestar de las mascotas durante la noche, asegurándose de que estén tranquilas y seguras.

Realizar rondas nocturnas para vigilar los comportamientos y condiciones de las mascotas.

Mantener la limpieza y el orden durante el turno nocturno, cumpliendo las rutinas de descanso establecidas.

7. Horario y disponibilidad

Cumplir turnos rotativos de domingo a domingo, con compensatorio legal.

Estar disponible para trabajo nocturno cuando se brinde el servicio de hotel para mascotas.

Adaptarse a las necesidades de la granja en horarios variables.

Requisitos

🔍Lo que buscamos :

  • Experiencia mínima 1 año en guarderia canina.
  • Cursos en adiestramiento canino.
  • Auxiliar veterinario.
  • Conocimiento de equipos e insumos del área.
  • Manejo de por lo menos 2 personas a cargo.
  • Atención al cliente.
  • Cursos adicionales en temas de comportamiento, diversión, razas perros.

🔅Condiciones:

  • Ubicación del puesto trabajo: Vía la Calera
  • Horarios: 44 hr laborales a la semana, Domingo a Domingo, 1 compensatorio a la semana, turnos rotativos.
  • Salario: A convenir + beneficios Puppis.
  • Todas las prestaciones de ley, contrato a termino indefinido.
