Debe garantizar la implementación y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad médica de Petplus mediante procesos de formación, auditoría clínica, acompañamiento operativo y mejora continua, fortaleciendo las competencias del equipo médico y promoviendo una cultura centrada en la seguridad del paciente, la medicina basada en evidencia y una experiencia excepcional para nuestros pacientes y sus tutores.

Requisitos

🔎Perfil que buscamos

📌Formación académica

  • Médico Veterinario con tarjeta profesional vigente.

📌Experiencia

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia clínica en pequeños animales.
  • Mínimo 2 años liderando equipos médicos o desempeñando cargos de coordinación, jefatura o formación.
  • Experiencia en hospitalización, consulta externa y atención de pacientes de mediana y alta complejidad.
  • Experiencia en capacitación o entrenamiento de personal (deseable).
  • Experiencia en auditoría clínica o procesos de calidad (deseable).

📌Conocimientos técnicos

  • Medicina Interna.
  • Hospitalización de pequeños animales.
  • Interpretación de ayudas diagnósticas.
  • Medicina preventiva.
  • Protocolos clínicos.
  • Elaboración y auditoría de historias clínicas.
  • Medicina basada en evidencia.
  • Seguridad del paciente.
  • Indicadores de calidad.
  • Normatividad aplicable al ejercicio profesional veterinario.

📒Funciones Principales

  • Liderar el programa institucional de formación médica.
  • Coordinar el proceso de onboarding del personal médico.
  • Supervisar el programa de pasantes y estudiantes en práctica.
  • Realizar auditorías clínicas y operativas en las diferentes sedes.
  • Acompañar al equipo médico mediante observación directa y retroalimentación continua.
  • Socializar y verificar el cumplimiento de las Guías Médicas y protocolos institucionales.
  • Analizar eventos adversos y proponer acciones de mejora.
  • Participar en la gestión de PQRS desde el componente asistencial.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar simulaciones clínicas.
  • Monitorear indicadores de calidad médica.
  • Presentar informes y planes de mejora a la Dirección Médica.

💡Requisitos adicionales

  • Disponibilidad para desplazarse entre las sedes de Petplus.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar auditorías programadas y no programadas.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint).
  • Excelente capacidad de redacción y elaboración de informes técnicos.
