Buscamos un Jefe de Marketing con alma de retail, mente analítica y pasión por la ejecución: alguien que entienda el negocio desde adentro, conecte datos con decisiones y lleve proyectos de inicio a fin.

🎯 Tu misión

Liderar la gestión integral de marketing desde una perspectiva generalista, conectando datos, proyectos y marca para generar insights accionables que impulsen el negocio retail de Puppis en Colombia, contribuyendo al crecimiento en ventas, la fidelización de clientes y el posicionamiento de marca, sin perder de vista la ejecución y el seguimiento riguroso de cada iniciativa.

Requisitos

✒Funciones Principales

  • Liderar la planeación y seguimiento de proyectos de marketing alineados al negocio retail.
  • Analizar datos de mercado, comportamiento del consumidor y desempeño de campañas para generar insights accionables.
  • Acompañar al equipo de especialistas regionales en la planificación mensual de campañas (email marketing, performance, fidelización) articulando con áreas comerciales, operaciones y proveedores.
  • Reportar resultados con métricas claras y traducirlos en recomendaciones estratégicas.
  • Gestionar agencias y proveedores externos garantizando coherencia de marca en todos los canales.
  • Velar por la identidad de marca y propuesta de valor en cada punto de contacto con el cliente.

🎓 Perfil que buscamos

  • 3–5 años de experiencia en marketing, idealmente en empresas de retail (mascotas, moda, consumo masivo o similares).
  • Perfil generalista: no buscamos un especialista en trade, diseño o digital puro — buscamos a alguien que entienda el ecosistema completo.
  • Alto nivel analítico y orden metodológico; cómodo/a gestionando proyectos con múltiples frentes.
  • Conocimiento en email marketing, campañas de performance y programas de fidelización.
  • Creatividad equilibrada con rigor en el seguimiento y reporte de resultados.
  • Profesional en Mercadeo, Comunicación, Administración o afines.
