🐶 ¡BUSCAMOS UN GERENTE DE TIENDA! 🛍️🐾

En Puppis nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Gerente de Tienda para liderar el equipo y la operación de una de nuestras tiendas. Buscamos perfiles con liderazgo, capacidad de gestión, orientación comercial y pasión por las mascotas.

🚀 Tu Misión y Reto Diario

Tu misión será liderar la gestión integral de la tienda, acompañando al equipo y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y operativos:

  • Liderar y coordinar al equipo de la tienda, promoviendo una excelente experiencia de atención al cliente.
  • Planificar y trabajar junto al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de la tienda.
  • Coordinar, planificar y capacitar de manera continua al equipo en las tareas y procesos de la tienda.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio.
  • Supervisar la apertura y/o cierre de caja, realizando los controles y arqueos correspondientes.
  • Controlar la facturación y realizar el seguimiento de los movimientos de caja.
  • Supervisar y gestionar la merma de la tienda.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de KPI e indicadores comerciales y operativos, analizando los resultados para detectar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Acompañar al equipo en el cumplimiento de los objetivos y generar acciones para potenciar los resultados de la tienda.

Requisitos

🔍 ¿Qué buscamos en vos?

  • Secundario completo (analítico en mano o en trámite excluyente).
  • Experiencia de dos años en posiciones similares.
  • Conocimientos: manejo de sistemas de punto de venta (POS), Mercado Pago y Excel.
  • Manejo de métricas e indicadores de gestión (KPI).

📋 Condiciones del puesto:

  • Jornada: Full-Time, presencial.
  • Esquema: 6x1 (Franco rotativo y disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y feriados).
  • Lugar de trabajo: CABA.
