As a Growth Manager at PWG, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our consulting business by building a robust pipeline and identifying new customer segments. You will leverage your skills in sales, consulting, and business development to drive growth and achieve our strategic objectives. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and target new customer segments for our consulting services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business development efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 0-5 years of experience in sales, consulting, or business development.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth.
