Hos os arbejder vi på tværs af brands, kanaler og markeder med fokus på at udvikle den digitale forretning og skabe gode kundeoplevelser.

Om rollen

Som E-commerce Coordinator får du en central rolle i den daglige drift og udvikling af vores internationale webshops.

Du arbejder med merchandising, performance og analyser, samt bidrager til at omsætte data og digitale muligheder til forbedringer, der skaber salg.

Du får ansvaret for implementere AI værktøjer til at optimere arbejdsgange og tilpasse indhold på tværs af sprog og markeder.

Dine primære ansvarsområder

  • Vedligeholdelse og opdatering af internationale webshops, herunder forsider, kategorier og indholdssider
  • Opfølgning på performance samt rapportering og analyse af salgsdata
  • Opsætning og vedligeholdelse af indhold i Umbraco CMS
  • Optimering af arbejdsgange ved hjælp af AI-værktøjer
  • Oversættelse og tilpasning af indhold til flere sprog ved hjælp af AI
  • Merchandising af kampagner og landingssider
  • Implementering og test af nye features og funktioner
  • SEO-optimering, herunder tekstforfatning og intern linkstruktur

Vi forestiller os, at du

Du har en relevant uddannelse inden for e-commerce, digital marketing eller lignende og trives i krydsfeltet mellem kommercielle mål, teknologi og kundeoplevelser.

Du arbejder struktureret og nysgerrigt, følger digitale trends og har lyst til at udvikle både webshops og arbejdsgange med nye teknologier.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har en relevant uddannelse inden for e-commerce, digital marketing eller lignende
  • Har erfaring med salgsdata og analyse og motiveres af at skabe resultater
  • Har teknisk flair og erfaring med eksempelvis CMS, e-commerce-platforme og SEO-værktøjer
  • Er struktureret, nysgerrig og følger med i digitale trends, tech og AI-værktøjer
  • Har forretningsforståelse og ved, hvordan webshops skaber salg og gode kundeoplevelser
