Für unser Controlling-Team suchen wir einen Junior Project Controller (m/w/d), der die wirtschaftliche Steuerung unserer Windenergieprojekte unterstützt und sich im Projektcontrolling fachlich weiterentwickeln möchte.

  • Unterstützung bei Budget-, Forecast- und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Mitwirkung beim Projekt-Reporting sowie bei Cashflow- und Liquiditätsplanungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Business Cases
  • Analyse von Projektkennzahlen sowie Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen
  • Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Investitions- und Finanzierungsprojekte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektentwicklung, Construction, Projektmanagement und Finance
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Controlling- und Reporting-Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Accounting
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Controlling, Finance oder Projektmanagement, beispielsweise durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel; Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen oder BI-Tools sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Projektcontrolling, finanziellen Zusammenhängen und den Erneuerbaren Energien
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
