Du möchtest die Energiewende mitgestalten und dafür sorgen, dass komplexe Bau- und Netzanschlussprojekte auch kaufmännisch und organisatorisch auf Kurs bleiben? Als Manager Project Support (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser EPC-Team bei der kaufmännischen Projektsteuerung, im Reporting sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung effizienter Prozesse und Strukturen.

  • Kaufmännische Betreuung von EPC-, Bau- und Netzanschlussprojekten
  • Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen und Rechnungen sowie Erstellung projektbezogener Kostenübersichten
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetüberwachung, Kostenanalyse und Projektcontrolling
  • Pflege von Projektdaten sowie Erstellung von Finanz-, Management- und Projekt-Reports
  • Koordination der Schnittstellen zu Finance & Investment, Projektfinanzierung und Zahlungsfreigaben
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung effizienter Dokumentenstrukturen, Prozesse und Workflows im EPC-Bereich
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Anwendung digitaler Tools zur Optimierung der Projektprozesse
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder sowie Unterstützung bei Audits und internen Prüfungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement oder Projektcontrolling, idealerweise im EPC-, Bau- oder Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungsbearbeitung, Kostenkontrolle und Budgetmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement sowie in der Einführung und Anwendung digitaler Tools
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge und komplexe Projektabläufe
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1- und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
