  • Support the creation, configuration and tracking of routes and transport orders for assigned ports.
  • Design and validate freight legs and cost structures to support freight-cost optimisation and service performance.

  • Validate transport workflows and integrations across Manhattan TMS, Maintenix and Oracle, including visibility and traceability of shipments.
  • Build and maintain test scripts, record successes and failures, and provide operational input into system configuration and knowledge materials.
  • Create and deliver training for transport and planning teams on shipment consolidation, carrier integration and new TMS processes.
  • Lead TMS testing and validation across transport order creation, routing, shipment consolidation, carrier integration and delivery confirmation.

  • Proven understanding of transport orders, shipment consolidation, carrier integration, freight-cost structures and delivery visibility.
  • Ability to translate transport requirements into workflows, test scenarios, training content and practical go-live plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and improve service or cost outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage ambiguity and influence internal stakeholders and external freight providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
