岗位定位： 作为智能驾驶AI技术突破的核心力量，聚焦端到端，世界模型等关键技术方向，通过跨领域技术融合与创新，解决自动驾驶场景中的核心技术难题，推动自动驾驶行业技术不断进步。

岗位职责： 1. 在AI Infra/感知模型/端到端/VLA/世界模型等多个核心方向中完成1-多个方向的深度突破； 2. 参与/主导 技术方案的设计与评审，结合业务场景制定技术路线图，平衡技术创新与工程落地； 3. 推动核心技术在实际产品中的应用验证，解决模型部署中的性能优化、成本控制等问题； 4. 跟踪行业技术动态与标杆实践，将大模型、机器人等跨领域技术转化为智能驾驶场景的竞争力； 5. 跨部门协同（产品/工程/测试等），推动技术成果转化为商业价值，支撑项目规模化落地； 6. 引领技术团队开展攻关，指导团队内工程师成长，构建轻快高效的技术协作氛围。

1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、车辆工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历（博士优先），在顶会发表过论文，或拥有核心技术专利，或主导研发的技术已实现规模化应用； 2. 2年以上AI相关领域工作经验，其中至少1年在大模型、智能驾驶、机器人、计算机视觉等方向的深度研发经验； 3. 有跨领域技术融合经验者优先，有互联网大厂AI实验室、头部自动驾驶公司、机器人企业核心项目经验者优先，主导过技术突破项目者优先； 4. 精通至少1个核心技术方向（如大模型架构设计、感知算法优化、分布式系统开发等），具备独立解决复杂技术问题的能力； 5. 具备前沿技术视野与创新思维，攻坚能力与团队协作能力并重。
