1、负责智能驾驶系统中行车决策与轨迹规划算法的设计、实现与优化，保障车辆在复杂交通环境下的安全性、舒适性与效率； 2、面向城市道路、高速及复杂交互场景，通过基于规则、优化及模型的方法提升车辆在多车博弈、非结构化场景、极端工况下的行为合理性与稳定性； 3、推进规划算法向数据驱动演进，探索并落地机器学习 / 端到端规划方法； 4、通过分析实时数据，解决智能驾驶车辆在实际路况中遇到的挑战。

1、机器人学，计算机，车辆工程，自动化，应用数学等相关专业； 2、具有扎实的数值优化、计算几何、搜索算法、控制理论、机器学习等知识和应用经验； 3、具有智能运动规划和决策研发经验优先，有量产城市NOA研发经验优先，有端到端规划、强化学习或模仿学习经验优先； 4、具有扎实的C++语言基础和算法分析能力，具备一定 Python 能力，具有良好的编程规范； 5、具有扎实的数理基础、优异的英文文献阅读能力； 6、具有良好的表达能力、团队合作能力。
