Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Pharmaunternehmen mit einem breit aufgestellten Produktportfolio in den Bereichen verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel, OTC, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und Medizinprodukte.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Marketingteams
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Omnichannel-Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung der strategischen Marketingziele und daraus resultierenden operativen Marketingplans zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung der Einführungs- und Marketingstrategien
  • Entwicklung von Lösungen durch direkte Kundeninteraktion und Nutzung von Marktforschungsinstrumenten
  • Planung von Umsatz, Absatz und Ressourcen sowie monatliche Überwachung und Kontrolle

Stellenanforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Pharma-Marketing
  • Hohe digitale Affinität sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Omnichannel-Marketing
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine agile, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
