The posting

För Cloudwisers räkning söks nu en driven och strukturerad projektledare med ansvar för leverans av telefonilösningar till företag i Sverige och internationellt. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med kunder, interna team och externa leverantörer för att säkerställa effektiva projektleveranser och framgångsrika onboardingprocesser.

I rollen ansvarar du för att identifiera kundernas behov och omvandla dessa till konkreta lösningar, samtidigt som du driver projekt från start till slutförande.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda och koordinera projekt för både nya och befintliga kunder
  • Säkerställa att projekt levereras enligt tidsplan och uppsatta krav
  • Ha löpande kontakt med beslutsfattare och genomföra behovsanalyser
  • Bygga och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer
  • Samordna externa leverantörer och fungera som kontaktpunkt genom projektens olika faser
  • Hantera onboarding, integrationer och utökningar av tjänster för befintliga kunder
  • Samarbeta nära försäljnings- och tekniska team för att driva projekt framåt

Kvalifikationer

  • Strukturerad, noggrann och van att hantera flera parallella arbetsuppgifter
  • Erfarenhet av behovsanalys och att omsätta kundkrav till konkreta lösningar
  • Trivs i en kundnära roll och har god kommunikativ förmåga
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • Ansvarstagande med god prioriterings- och planeringsförmåga
  • Självständig samtidigt som du fungerar väl i team
  • God systemvana och erfarenhet av projektledningsverktyg
  • Lösningsorienterad och kreativ i arbetet med komplexa utmaningar

Meriterande erfarenheter

  • Tidigare erfarenhet av projektledning inom IT eller telekom
  • Erfarenhet av att hantera flera parallella projekt och deadlines
  • Erfarenhet från telekombranschen
  • Vana av både digitala och fysiska kundmöten
  • Erfarenhet av onboardingprojekt och tekniska leveranser
  • Kunskap inom projektledningsprocesser och uppföljningsverktyg
