Dein Job bei uns

In unserer Serviceleitstelle bist Du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, die während des Parkvorgangs in einem unserer Parkobjekte in Deutschland eine Frage haben oder Unterstützung benötigen. Gerade noch hast Du einem Kunden geholfen, der sein Parkticket verloren hat. Wenig später unterstützt Du einen Kunden, der Fragen zur Bedienung der Parktechnik hat. Wir stehen in unserer Serviceleitstelle unseren Kunden 24 Stunden an 7 Tagen in der Woche zur Verfügung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden aus unseren deutschlandweiten Parkobjekten
  • Unterstützung bei Kundenproblemen, z.B. verlorenes Parkticket oder technische Fragen
  • Dokumentierung der Kundenanfragen und Weiterleitung der Kundenanliegen an die zuständigen Fachabteilungen
