IN A NUTSHELL

Werde als Business Development Representative (BDR) Teil unseres dynamischen Sales Teams und gestalte aktiv das Wachstum unserer Sales-Pipeline mit. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales Team arbeitest du daran, unsere WealthTech-Plattform QPLIX auf dem Markt noch stärker zu positionieren. Dabei bist du zuständig für die ersten Stages im Sales-Cycle. Durch die strategische Lead Qualifizierung, umfangreiche Kundenrecherche und die Entwicklung starker Value Propositions leistest du einen direkten Beitrag zum Wachstum von QPLIX.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Identifikation und Qualifikation spannender Leads in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Sales Manager
  • Durchführung von Erstgesprächen um die Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse des Leads zu verstehen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung der Marktstrategien
  • Analyse von Kund:innenbedürfnissen, Wettbewerber:innen und Marktentwicklungen
  • Pflege sämtlicher Kundeninteraktionen und -informationen im CRM-System (HubSpot)
  • Screening der Zielmärkte für potenzielle strategische Partnerschaften und Repräsentation bei Events der Finanz- und FinTech-Szene

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, VWL, Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Sales oder in vertriebsnahen Aufgaben im Wealth Management oder der Finanzbranche (auch durch Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeiten)
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen und dem Vertrieb moderner Technologien, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, daraus innovative Konzepte abzuleiten
  • Gutes Verständnis für Assetklassen und Finanzmärkte
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sorgfalt, Verschwiegenheit, Loyalität und Reisebereitschaft
