IN A NUTSHELL

Mit deinem fundierten Verständnis von Investmentprozessen, Anlageklassen und Accounting unterstützt du unsere Kund:innen dabei, komplexe Vermögen strukturiert, konsolidiert und revisionssicher auf unserer Plattform abzubilden und auszuwerten. Du berätst zu fachlichen und prozessualen Fragestellungen, analysierst individuelle Anforderungen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lösung optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen konfiguriert und eingesetzt wird.

Unsere Plattform zählt mit über 300 Mrd. CHF Assets under Management zu den international führenden Wealth-Tech-Lösungen für Family Offices, Vermögensverwalter und institutionelle Anleger.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung von Onboarding-Projekten für Neukund:innen mit klarer Verantwortung für Scope, Budget, Qualität und Deadlines
  • zentrale Ansprechperson für Stakeholder mit unterschiedlichen fachlichen Hintergründen (Investment Management, Controlling, Buchhaltung, IT, etc.)
  • Begleitung und Betreuung der Kund:innen über die gesamte Laufzeit hinweg, von der Anforderungsanalyse über Testing und Go-Live bis zur Stabilisierungsphase
  • systematische Erhebung, Strukturierung und Dokumentation der fachlichen Anforderungen (Requirements Engineering): Stammdaten, Anlageuniversum, Investment-Prozesse sowie Reporting
  • Übersetzung der individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse in klar priorisierte, umsetzbare Anforderungen und prozessual saubere Lösungen inkl. Validierung mit den Stakeholdern sowie Steuerung von Scope und Change Requests
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung der Datenmigration (Portfolios, Transaktionshistorien, Stammdaten, Bewertungsparameter) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und internen Teams
  • Durchführung von Schulungen (Fach- und Systemtrainings) für Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung zur Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Funktionen auf Basis von Kundenfeedback und Markttrends
  • aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von internen Onboarding-Prozessen, Standards und Tools innerhalb des Teams

Dein Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finanzmathematik (oder vergleichbare mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbranche)
  • praktische Erfahrung in der Vermögensverwaltung, im Asset Management, Family-Office-Umfeld, in der Beratung oder im Banking - idealerweise mit Bezug zu Portfolio-Management-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten, vorzugsweise im Kontext von Systemeinführungen, Migrationen oder Prozessdigitalisierung im Finanzbereich; eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) oder agile Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • fundiertes Verständnis des Investmentprozesses (z.B. Anlageentscheidungen, Transaktionsabwicklung, Bewertung, Performance Measurement) und des gängigen Anlageuniversums (Aktien, Obligationen, Fonds, strukturierte Produkte, alternative Anlagen etc.)
  • vertieftes Verständnis von Accounting (insbesondere Wertschriftenbuchhaltung, Bewertungslogiken, Abschlüsse) sowie Kenntnisse des Schweizer Finanzmarkts und relevanter Regulierung (z.B. FIDLEG/FINIG)
  • Affinität für neue Technologien und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel)
  • ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Kundenprojekte parallel zu koordinieren
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Landessprachen sind von Vorteil
