IN A NUTSHELL

Wir suchen eine:n Regulatory & Compliance Specialist, die/der eine führende Rolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer regulatorischen und Compliance-Strukturen übernimmt. In dieser Position agierst du als vertrauensvolle:r Sparringspartner:in für das Senior Management und stellst sicher, dass unser Unternehmen jederzeit im Einklang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen handelt – ohne dabei Effizienz und unternehmerisches Denken aus dem Blick zu verlieren.

Du übernimmst End-to-End-Verantwortung in einem kleinen, hoch effektiven Team und arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Aufsichtsbehörden und IT in einem dynamisch wachsenden Umfeld. Dabei hast du viel Gestaltungsspielraum, um Strukturen und Prozesse aktiv zu formen und Ideen schnell in die Umsetzung zu bringen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse, Bewertung und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene
  • Beratung der Geschäftsführung sowie interner Stakeholder in regulatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Implementierung nachhaltiger Risk-&-Compliance-Strukturen
  • Konzeption und Pflege von Richtlinien, Prozessen und internen Kontrollmechanismen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für regulatorische Anforderungen von Kunden sowie für Audits – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit regulierten Kunden
  • Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Überführung neuer Anforderungen in operative Prozesse
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Aufsichtsbehörden wie BaFin und Deutsche Bundesbank sowie für Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung durchgängiger KYC-Prozesse und Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Kundenprüfung
  • Erstellung und Einreichung regulatorischer Meldungen und Anzeigen
  • Unterstützung bei Schulungsmaßnahmen zu Compliance- und regulatorischen Themen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung datenschutzrechtlicher Vorgaben in enger Abstimmung mit dem/der Datenschutzbeauftragten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Regulatory Affairs, Compliance oder Risk Management
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Recht, idealerweise in einem Software-, FinTech- oder WealthTech-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld von Banken, Finanzdienstleistern, Versicherungen, FinTechs, Beratungen oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften
  • Fundiertes Verständnis regulatorischer Rahmenwerke im Finanzumfeld, z. B. ZAG, ZAG-MaRisk oder DORA
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Aufsichtsbehörden, Wirtschaftsprüfern oder aufsichtsrechtlichen Prozessen ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Ownership-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Reporting
  • Erfahrung in regulierten Finanzumgebungen
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Compliance-Schulungen oder internen Richtlinien
  • Interesse an technologiegetriebenen oder FinTech-orientierten Arbeitsumfeldern
