Du interessierst dich für Software, Daten und Finance und hast Spass daran, technische Lösungen gemeinsam mit Kund:innen umzusetzen?

Als Implementation Consultant begleitest du unsere Kund:innen bei der Einführung von QPLIX und sorgst dafür, dass ihre Daten, Investmentprozesse und Anforderungen erfolgreich in unserer Plattform abgebildet werden. Dabei bist du nicht nur beratend tätig: Du analysierst Daten, konfigurierst das System, testest Lösungen und löst technische Fragestellungen selbst.

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Spezialist:innen zusammen und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zum technischen Ansprechpartner für unsere Kundenprojekte.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenkontakt: Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Kunden zusammen, verstehst ihre Anforderungen und unterstützt sie bei der Umsetzung in QPLIX.
  • Projektarbeit: Du leitest Onboarding-Projekte nach unserem bewährten, standardisierten Vorgehen.
  • Implementierung & Konfiguration: Du konfigurierst unsere Plattform entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen und auf Basis vordefinierter Templates.
  • Daten & Migration: Du analysierst gemeinsam mit unserem Data-Migration-Team die Qualität der Kunden- und Investmentdaten aus unterschiedlichen Quellsystemen -
  • Schnittstellen & Datenfeeds: Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung und Analyse von Datenanbindungen zu Depotbanken und Data Providern und stellst sicher, dass Daten korrekt und zuverlässig in QPLIX ankommen.
  • Advanced Support: Du analysierst technische und fachliche Probleme, grenzt Fehler systematisch ein und findest eigenständig Lösungen.
  • Testing: Du testest Konfigurationen, Daten und neue Funktionen und stellst sicher, dass die Lösung beim Kunden zuverlässig funktioniert.
  • Übersetzung zwischen Business & IT: Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in konkrete technische Lösungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren Entwicklern zusammen.
  • Automatisierung & Optimierung: Du erkennst wiederkehrende Aufgaben und unterstützt dabei, Prozesse und Lösungen effizienter zu gestalten. Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung unserer Templates, Standards und Onboarding-Tools ist erwünscht
  • Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst du auch mehr Verantwortung und trägst aktiv zum Wachstum der Firma bei.

Dein Profil

  • IT-Ausbildung und/oder FH-Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, BWL o. Ä.
  • Idealerweise 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Software-Implementierung, Application Support, IT-Consulting, Datenmanagement o. Ä.
  • Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt; Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: technische Probleme analysieren und Lösungen selbst umsetzen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken/SQL, Scripting (z. B. Python) oder Datenschnittstellen von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Software, Systeme und komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Erste Projekterfahrung; Interesse an Weiterentwicklung im Projektumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Finance, Accounting oder Investment Management von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
  • Interesse an langfristiger Entwicklung an der Schnittstelle von Technologie, Finance und Kundenberatung
  • Motivation, Investment-Finance-Know-how aufzubauen und sich fachlich wie technisch in Richtung Senior-Rolle weiterzuentwickeln
