Als Data Migration Engineer - Investment Finance verantwortest du den kritischsten Teil jedes Onboardings: die saubere Überführung der Daten aus dem Altsystem in unsere Portfolio-Management-Plattform sowie den Aufbau der täglichen Datenfeeds. Denn nur mit korrekten, vollständigen Daten liefert das System verlässliche Resultate - sie sind das Fundament für jede Portfolioverwaltung und Finanzentscheidung unserer anspruchsvollen Kund:innen.

Mit deiner einzigartigen Kombination aus Finanzwissen und technischer Expertise trägst du massgeblich dazu bei, grosse Kundenbestände erfolgreich auf die QPLIX-Plattform zu migrieren und gestaltest so die Zukunft des Wealth Managements mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End-Datenmigration: Du übernimmst die volle technische Verantwortung für komplexe Migrationen-Kundenstammdaten, Positions- und Transaktionsdaten sowie das Anlageuniversum
  • Datenqualität: Du verantwortest Validierung, Plausibilisierung und Qualitätssicherung der migrierten Daten, inklusive Abstimmung mit den Quellsystemen
  • Schnittstellen zu Depotbanken und Data Providern: Du baust und betreust die Datenanbindungen an Depotbanken und Data Provider - die täglichen Feeds, ohne die Portfolios nicht verwaltet werden können
  • Automatisierung von Teilschritten der Datenmigration
  • Optimierung der Prozesse für eine bessere Skalierbarkeit von Migrationsprojekten
  • detaillierte Analyse komplexer Datensätze (z.B. Exporte aus Altsystemen) für die Übernahme ins Zielsystem
  • Beratung der Projekt-Teams bei Herausforderungen in der Datenübernahme
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Consultants, Entwicklungsabteilung und Kund:innen

Dein Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Finanzmathematik (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Analyse, Aufbereitung und Übernahme grosser Datenmengen, idealerweise in der Finanzbranche
  • fundiertes Verständnis der gängigen liquiden Assetklassen (Aktien, Obligationen, Derivate etc.) sowie der zugehörigen Finanztransaktionen inkl. Corporate Actions
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie fundierte SQL-Kenntnisse (relationale Datenbanken); Erfahrung mit dokumentenorientierten Datenbanken (z. B. MongoDB) und weiteren Sprachen von Vorteil
  • ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • sorgfältiger Umgang mit sensiblen Kundendaten
  • verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (C1), weitere Landessprachen sind von Vorteil
