Überzeuge als Sales Executive potenzielle Kund:innen von einer der modernsten WealthTech-Plattformen am Markt – QPLIX. Dabei bist Du von der Entwicklung von Marktstrategien bis zur aktiven Ansprache und Beratung von Kund:innen (Family Offices / Trusts, Financial Institutions, Asset Manager:innen und Pension Funds) in jeden Schritt involviert. Im QPLIX Sales Team verstehen wir uns nicht als Verkäufer:innen, sondern verfolgen einen lösungsorientierten Ansatz, bei welchem wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen passgenaue Lösungen mit hohem Business Value und Innovationsgrad erarbeiten. Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Marktstrategien für Lead Generation & Conversion, Analyse von Kund:innenbedürfnissen, Wettbewerber:innen und Marktentwicklungen sowie Einbringung eigener Ideen in die Produktentwicklung
  • Überzeugung von Interessent:innen durch Produkt- und Branchenkenntnisse sowie individuelle Lösungspräsentationen (digital und persönlich), Analyse von RFPs und Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Neukund:innen
  • Strategische Begleitung von Kund:innen als Sparring Partner:in
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Partnerbeziehungen, Screening potenzieller strategischer Partnerschaften und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem QPLIX-Management
  • Repräsentation bei Events der Finanz- und FinTech-Szene

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb komplexer Produkte in der Finanzbranche oder im SaaS-Umfeld
  • Solides Netzwerk zu Entscheidungsträger:innen in der Finanzbranche (Family Offices, Banken, EAMs)
  • Freude am Umgang mit Interessent:innen und Vertrieb moderner Technologien, kombiniert mit Verhandlungsgeschick sowie sehr guten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, als Sparring Partner:in passgenaue Lösungen mit Business Value zu entwickeln, basierend auf einem tiefen Verständnis der Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unserer Interessent:innen
  • Analytische Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu verstehen und daraus Maßnahmen für zukünftige Strategien abzuleiten
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sorgfalt, Verschwiegenheit, Loyalität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Hands-On-Mentalität, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
