Wat ga je doen als Accountmanager Onderwijs? ✨

Als Accountmanager Onderwijs ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groei en stabiliteit in jouw regio. Dit is een hands-on rol waarin eigenaarschap, ondernemerschap en jouw individuele impact centraal staan. Jij bent letterlijk het gezicht van Qrabbl in Zuid-Nederland.

Je onderhoudt sterke klantrelaties met schoolbesturen, spot kansen en weet deze om te zetten naar concrete samenwerkingen en deals. Heb jij een deal gescoord? Dan zorg jij dat alle scholen een duidelijke demo krijgen en draag je dit zorgvuldig over aan je collega op de binnendienst.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden op een rijtje ✨

  • Jij onderhoudt relaties met schoolbesturen in Zuid-Nederland en denkt mee over toekomstbestendig onderwijs (65%);
  • Jij spot kansen en zet deze om in nieuwe samenwerkingen die de groei in jouw regio versnellen (35%);
  • Nieuwe klant binnen? Jij zorgt dat alle locaties op de hoogte zijn van Qrabbl en draagt deze vervolgens zorgvuldig over;
  • Jij bepaalt ieder kwartaal, samen met je collega’s, jouw doelen en focus.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met je collega in regio Midden-Noord-Nederland en de directeur om Qrabbl naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Ja, dat doen we écht samen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent leergierig, relatiegericht en commercieel ingesteld;
  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol;
  • Je krijgt energie van snel schakelen binnen een digitale scale-up;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, assertief en neemt eigenaarschap;
  • Ervaring met het (primair) onderwijs is een pré, maar geen must.
