Wat ga je doen?

Als onderwijsassistent werk je nauw samen met de leerkracht en het team. Jij:

  • Begeleidt (groepjes) leerlingen bij hun leerontwikkeling.
  • Ondersteunt bij het uitvoeren van lesactiviteiten.
  • Helpt bij het creëren van een veilige en gestructureerde leeromgeving.
  • Denkt mee over creatieve werkvormen en betekenisvol leren.
  • Signaleert bijzonderheden in gedrag of ontwikkeling en bespreekt dit met de leerkracht.

Je kunt werken in onder-, midden- of bovenbouw – afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur en ervaring.

Wie ben jij? Je hebt een relevante opleiding, een PABO is niet verplicht.

  • Je bent pedagogisch sterk en communiceert helder.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én goed in teamverband.
  • Je denkt creatief mee over leeractiviteiten.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en houdt van afwisseling.

Ervaring met leerlingen met extra ondersteuningsbehoeften is een plus.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris conform CAO PO (€3.022 – €4.449 bruto per maand).
  • 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering.
