Wat ga je doen?

Als pedagogisch medewerker begeleid je kinderen van 0 tot 12 jaar in hun ontwikkeling. Jij:

  • Ontwikkelt en begeleidt creatieve activiteiten die aansluiten op ontwikkeldoelen.
  • Stimuleert spelend leren en onderzoekend ontdekken.
  • Creëert een veilige, warme en gestructureerde omgeving.
  • Observeert de ontwikkeling van kinderen en bespreekt dit met ouders en collega’s.
  • Werkt samen met teams op verschillende locaties.

Je kunt kiezen voor korte invalopdrachten, langere plaatsingen of een combinatie. We stemmen het af op jouw wensen en beschikbaarheid.

Wie ben jij? Je hebt een kwalificerende opleiding volgens de CAO Kinderopvang.

  • Je bent creatief en denkt in mogelijkheden.
  • Je communiceert open met ouders en collega’s.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en houdt van afwisseling.
  • Je brengt rust én energie in een groep.

  • Je hebt een kwalificerende opleiding volgens de CAO Kinderopvang (MBO 3/4 of HBO).

  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en houdt van afwisseling.
