Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Finanzbuchalter oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), bevorzugt aus der Immobilienwirtschaft:

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung, Erfassung der Sachkonten-, Kreditoren-, Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Durchführung und Überwachung des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Abstimmung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkonten
  • Mitwirkung im Monats- und Jahresabschluss
  • Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Verprobungen
  • Kommunikation mit externen Partnern (Behörden, Kunden, Lieferanten, Steuerberatern)
  • Unterstützung bei handelsrechtlichen und bilanziellen Themen

Ihr Profil

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten
  • Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) ist von Vorteil
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Programmen
  • Anwenderkenntnisse von Microsoft Dynamics (RELion) sind von Vorteil
  • eine Affinität zur modernen Arbeitsumgebung und Begeisterung für moderne Programme/EDV-Umfeld
  • selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse
