Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort in München eine/n Hausmeister/in - Facility-Manager/in/ Allround-Handwerker/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Betreuung und Pflege unseres Immobilienbestandes im Team
  • selbstverantwortlich nach Einarbeitung
  • Ihr Leistungsprofil umfasst allgemeine Objektverantwortungsaufgaben bis hin zu handwerklichen Instandhaltungen (je nach Fähigkeiten).
  • Sie werden Ansprechpartner für Mieter und Objektverwaltungen.

Ihr Profil

Sie haben

  • eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Immobilienbeständen
  • handwerkliches Geschick und
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • einen Führerschein sowie
  • ein freundliches Auftreten und
  • eine selbststrukturierte Arbeitsweise
