Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort Berlin eine/n engagierten Property Manager/Verwalter (in)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung von Immobilien im Rahmen der A-Z Verwaltung
  • Selbstständige Erledigung der Korrespondenz mit Mietern, Eigentümern und externen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung der Betriebskosten- und/ oder Jahresabrechnungen nach Einarbeitung
  • Beauftragung von Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem technischen Objektbetreuer

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft,
  • Immobilienkauffrau/-mann und/oder geprüfte/r Immobilienfachwirt/-in oder ein entsprechendes Studium
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung von Eigen-, Fremd-, und/oder Wohnungseigentum
  • Fachkenntnisse im Mietrecht und WEG- Recht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit
