National Sales Manager – Corporate Gift Programs (B2B)

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Fully Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Thursday: Full Days | Friday: Half Day Compensation: $100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission on New Business Net Sales

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive new business within the corporate gifting and promotional products industry. This role is ideal for someone with an established network of corporate gift buyers, promotional distributors, and incentive partners who excels at both prospecting and growing long-term strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within the corporate gifting and promotional products market.

Build relationships with corporate gift buyers, promotional product distributors, HR leaders, procurement teams, marketing agencies, and incentive companies.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.

Deliver virtual and in-person product presentations and represent the company at industry trade shows.

Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close profitable business while maintaining margin goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized corporate gifting and seasonal promotional programs.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, consumer electronics, general merchandise, or CPG.

Existing relationships within the promotional products or corporate gifting industry.

Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales quotas.

Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Experience managing national or enterprise accounts.

Knowledge of holiday gifting programs, branded merchandise, private labeling, or custom packaging is an asset.
