Salary: $180,000 Base Salary + $500,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) + Benefits

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Vice President (SR VP) of Sales to join a leading SaaS company at their Vancouver headquarters. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a sales team while driving revenue and market expansion within the manufacturing sector for cloud data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team of 8 professionals, setting clear goals and objectives to achieve revenue targets for cloud data solutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the manufacturing industry and drive adoption of SaaS solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and C-level executives within manufacturing companies.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success in selling cloud data solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams, including setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing industry trends, challenges, and opportunities related to cloud data solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and exceeding revenue goals.
