The posting

Die Radiologische Allianz ist eine ärztlich geführte, überörtliche Gemeinschaftspraxis mit den Schwerpunkten Radiologie, Nuklearmedizin und Strahlentherapie. An aktuell 26 Standorten in und um Hamburg arbeiten über 450 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeitende verschiedenster Fachrichtungen interdisziplinär zusammen. Dabei verfolgen wir alle gemeinsam das Ziel, unsere Patient:innen bestmöglich zu versorgen.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort in der Hamburger Innenstadt eine engagierte MTR bzw. MFA als Standortassistenz (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie verantworten sämtliche organisatorische Abläufe am Standort, um einen bestmöglichen Betriebsablauf sicherzustellen.
  • Sie sind für die optimale Auslastung der Terminplanungen zuständig.
  • Sie übernehmen die Dienstplanung für das nicht-ärztliche Personal.
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für alle nicht-ärztlichen Mitarbeitenden am Standort, Dienstleister, Lieferanten, die Personalabteilung, das Praxismanagement und das Termin-Service-Center.
  • Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson und Assistenz der ärztlichen Standortleitung.
  • Sie vernetzen sich mit anderen Standorten, um die Abläufe zu optimieren.
  • Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen und Auszubildenden ein und fördern eine gute Teamkultur.
  • Je nach Qualifikation unterstützen Sie bei der Durchführung von nuklearmedizinischen Untersuchungen oder als Empfangsmitarbeiter:in.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTR/MTRA (Medizinische:r Technolog:in für Radiologie) mit aktueller Fachkunde nach deutschem Strahlenschutzrecht oder MFA (Medizinische:r Fachgestellte:r)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamgeist und Engagement
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in leitenden Positionen
  • Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse der gängigen Anwendungen
