Die Radiologische Allianz GmbH & Co. eGbR ist eine ärztlich geführte, überörtliche Gemeinschaftspraxis auf den Gebieten der Radiologie, Nuklearmedizin und Strahlentherapie. In derzeit 26 Hamburger Praxen und Zentren arbeiten hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter:innen der verschiedensten Fachrichtungen gemeinsam für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen. Unser umfassendes Fachwissen ist die Basis für eine Diagnostik und Therapie auf höchstem Niveau. In Kombination mit modernsten Geräten können wir unsere Patient:innen bestmöglich versorgen und dazu beitragen, Erkrankungen frühzeitig zu erkennen.

Zur Unterstützung für unser Termin- und Service-Center in Hamburg-Alsterdorf suchen wir ab sofort serviceorientierte, routinierte Verstärkung. Wenn Sie telefonieren mögen und gern erste Ansprechperson sind, dann bewerben Sie sich sehr gerne als:

Mitarbeiter:in im Termin- und Servicecenter inbound (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit 30 Std./Woche (an fünf Tagen/Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Betreuung der Patient:innen, Zuweiser und Dienstleister in verbindlicher, klarer und offener Art und Weise
  • Koordinierung und Vergabe von Terminen
  • Dokumentation und Pflege von Patientenakten
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben rund um das Termin- und Service-Center
  • Verlässliche Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen im gesamten Unternehmen

Ihr überzeugendes Profil:

  • Erfahrungen in der Telefonarbeit und eine medizinische Vorbildung sind von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung! Quereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich Willkommen
  • Mindestens gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine gute Ausdrucksweise
  • Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und eine hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse der gängigen PC-Anwendungen
