Het Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is gelegen in het internationale businesspark van Schiphol-Rijk, genaamd RichPort, op slechts enkele minuten van Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. We bieden 281 moderne kamers en diverse F&B-outlets, waaronder Nomad Restaurant, Haven Breakfast Restaurant, roomservice en uitgebreide banketfaciliteiten.

  • Nomad Restaurant

Dagelijks geopend van 12:00 tot 23:00 uur en neemt gasten mee op een culinaire reis over de hele wereld. Van pittige sesam-spareribs tot vegetarische curry’s, van de klassieke Nomad Burger tot harissa-zalm met bulgur – elk gerecht is geïnspireerd op de internationale keuken. Het menu bevat vegetarische opties, gedurfde wereldsmaken en perfect bijpassende dranken.

  • Haven Restaurant

Een stijlvol ontbijtrestaurant dat dagelijks geopend is van 06:30 tot 10:30/11:00 uur, met een uitgebreid internationaal ontbijtbuffet. Dit restaurant is tevens beschikbaar voor lunch of diner voor Meeting & Events.

  • Roomservice

Voor gasten die liever op hun kamer dineren, bieden wij een uitgebreid roomservicemenu.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en flexibele Allround Bedieningmedewerker om ons team te versterken binnen verschillende F&B-outlets. Ben jij op zoek naar een afwisselende functie in een internationaal hotel waar gastbeleving centraal staat? Lees dan vooral verder!

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van gasten in het restaurant en ondersteunt waar nodig andere F&B-afdelingen zoals banqueting, ontbijt of roomservice (voornamelijk avonddiensten);

Service in Nomad Restaurant:

  • Gasten verwelkomen, bestellingen opnemen en toelichting geven over gerechten en dranken;
  • Afstemmen met de keuken of manager over dieetwensen of speciale verzoeken;
  • Uitserveren van eten en drinken, afruimen en opnieuw indekken van tafels;
  • Betalingen afhandelen en zorgen voor een soepele gastbeleving;
  • Eenvoudige bestellingen zelfstandig bereiden indien nodig (zoals drankjes inschenken of kleine snacks bereiden).

Ondersteuning bij andere F&B-afdelingen (indien nodig):

  • Op- en afbouw van vergader- of eventruimtes;
  • Voorbereiden van bars, buffetten of privé-dinerruimtes;
  • Assisteren bij andere outlets zoals ontbijt of roomservice.

Functie-eisen

Kwalificaties – Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring in de horeca is een pluspunt – een gastgerichte instelling is essentieel;
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal;
  • Beschikbaarheid in de avonden en flexibiliteit qua werktijden;
  • Verzorgd uiterlijk en een sterke teamgeest;
  • Klantgericht, stressbestendig en oog voor detail.
