Dans le cadre d’un apprentissage, nous recherchons notre futur.e apprenti.e pour notre offre de restauration (Petit-déjeuner, Brunch, room service, Bar, séminaire & banquets, restaurant "Dans Le Noir?").

Missions :

- Assure un accueil chaleureux aux clients

- Cherche à répondre dans les meilleurs délais aux demandes des clients

- Assure la mise en place du restaurant et son nettoyage

- Prend les commandes au restaurant

- S’assure de la clarté des commandes prises et transmises en cuisine

- Assure un service de qualité et répondant aux standards du restaurant

- S’assure constamment par le regard du bien être du client

- S'assure que les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité sont respectées dans son service

- Assure le rangement de la vaisselle et de la verrerie

- Applique les consignes d’ouverture et de fermeture du restaurant

- Peut être amené à préparer et monter un plateau room service

- Peut être amené à remplacer un barman et/ou assurer temporairement le service d’une manifestation en salon (séminaires et banquets) …

- Assure une parfaite confidentialité concernant le client

Qualifications

  • Diplôme préparé pour l'apprentissage : Bac Pro, CAP ou BTS
  • Une expérience dans le service en restauration (food & beverage) est un atout, mais pas indispensable
  • Approche terrain avec un état d’esprit positif et orienté solutions
  • Engagement à offrir un service client d’exception et véritable passion pour le secteur de l’hôtellerie
  • Capacité à proposer des solutions créatives, avec des conseils et recommandations pertinents.
  • Intégrité personnelle et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement où l’excellence, la disponibilité et le dynamisme sont essentiels.
  • Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques sur diverses plateformes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.
