Responsabilidades principales del cocinero:

  • Apoya el buen funcionamiento del departamento de cocina, donde todos los aspectos de la experiencia gastronómica de los huéspedes en todo el hotel se entregan al más alto nivel.
  • Supervisa el turno de desayuno, incluido un completo desayuno buffet.
  • Prepara y presenta la comida de acuerdo con las pautas de los estándares de la marca.
  • Trabaja de forma proactiva para mejorar la satisfacción y el confort de los huéspedes, interactuando con ellos para garantizar un excelente servicio al cliente y experiencias gastronómicas memorables.
  • Cumple con los planes y objetivos para alcanzar las iniciativas de cocina y las metas del hotel.
  • Supervisa al equipo de cocina fomentando una cultura de crecimiento, desarrollo y rendimiento dentro del departamento.
  • Es responsable de garantizar que se controlen los costos y el inventario, y que se alcancen los niveles de productividad y rendimiento.
  • Mantiene altos estándares de preparación de alimentos, presentación y técnicas de cocina.
  • Garantiza una rotación estricta de existencias y apunta a un desperdicio mínimo.
  • Mantiene la limpieza y la higiene en todas las áreas de la cocina de acuerdo con las normas de Salud y Seguridad y HACCP.
