Il nostro nuovissimo hotel aprirà nel cuore della città, in una posizione ideale in Lungotevere Sanzio a Trastevere. Questa nuova struttura, progettata all’interno di un palazzo di epoca Umbertina, offrirà 71 camere di cui 12 suite, un lussuoso ristorante e bar panoramico sul rooftop e una palestra all’avanguardia.

Descrizione del lavoro

Siamo ora alla ricerca di un/a Commis di cucina, da inserire nel nostro nuovissimo team, e in qualità di Commis di Cucina, porterai nella nostra cucina una nuova ondata di creatività, voglia di imparare e passione per l'arte della gastronomia.

Maggiori responsabilità

  • Supportare il buon funzionamento del reparto cucina, dove tutti gli aspetti dell'esperienza culinaria degli ospiti di tutto l'hotel sono garantiti al massimo livello.
  • Lavorare come parte di un team che massimizza la soddisfazione e il comfort degli ospiti, fornendo una risposta positiva e tempestiva alle richieste e risolvendo eventuali problemi.
  • Supportare gli Chef de Partie nello svolgimento delle attività quotidiane.
  • Cooperare con la brigata per fornire un servizio di alto livello.
  • Collaborare in maniera proattiva al fine di incrementare la soddisfazione dell’Ospite, soddisfando per tempo le richieste.
  • Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e qualitativi di reparto.
  • Rispettare e verificare quanto previsto dalle norme igieniche e di sicurezza alimentare e quanto previsto a livello aziendale.
  • Costruire solide relazioni professionali con i colleghi.

Qualifiche

  • Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile gradita ma non necessaria.
  • Approccio pratico con uno stile di lavoro propositivo.
  • Impegno a fornire un servizio eccezionale agli ospiti dimostrando passione per il settore dell'ospitalità.
  • Capacità di trovare soluzioni creative assumendosi la responsabilità dei compiti e delle mansioni assegnati.
  • Integrità personale, con la capacità di lavorare in un ambiente che richiede eccellenza.
  • Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese.
