Il nostro nuovissimo hotel aprirà nel cuore della città, in una posizione ideale in Lungotevere Sanzio a Trastevere. Questa nuova struttura, progettata all’interno di un palazzo di epoca Umbertina, offrirà 71 camere di cui 12 suite, un lussuoso ristorante e bar panoramico sul rooftop e una palestra all’avanguardia.

Descrizione del lavoro

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Guest Relations Supervisor da inserire nel nostro nuovissimo team, e per questa nuova apertura stiamo organizzando un Recruiting Day come nessun altro: salva la data e non prendere impegni per il 10 giugno 2026!

In qualità di Guest Relations Supervisor, porterai nel nostro team un livello eccezionale di dedizione, impegno nell’eccellenza del servizio e autentico entusiasmo nel creare esperienze memorabili per gli ospiti.

Maggiori Responsabilità

  • Essere il punto di riferimento per i nostri ospiti, garantendo che ogni fase del loro soggiorno sia anticipata e gestita ai massimi livelli di qualità.
  • Collaborare con il team Guest Relations e guidarlo con pazienza, empatia e la giusta personalità.
  • Accompagnare gli Ospiti in camera, fornendo informazioni di base sui servizi e sulle aree dell’hotel.
  • Supportare gli Ospiti nelle richieste pratiche e nelle esigenze speciali, contribuendo a un’esperienza fluida e senza stress.
  • Collaborare attivamente per garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti e il corretto funzionamento del reparto Guest Services.
  • Costruire e mantenere rapporti efficaci con tutti gli stakeholder chiave.
  • Sviluppare e implementare programmi di engagement efficaci per gli ospiti.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative e delle best practice, documentando le attività e seguendo eventuali audit interni ed esterni.
