Im Weiteren wird eine Eventfläche von 1’200 m² mit 13 klimatisierten multifunktionellen Meetingräumen geboten – die beste Plattform für Seminare, Konferenzen und Bankette.

Am Front Office des Radisson Blu Hotel Luzern sorgst Du dafür, dass sich Menschen aus aller Welt willkommen, verstanden und gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Kurz & klar: Worum geht’s?

Als Front Office Agent bist Du Dreh- und Angelpunkt unseres Hotels. Du verbindest Service, Organisation und Kommunikation – und machst aus Aufenthalten echte Erlebnisse. Dein Alltag:

  • Check-in & Check-out unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Persönliche Gästebetreuung vor Ort, telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales & F&B
  • Einsatz in Früh-, Mittel- und Spätschichten
  • Für Männer: vereinzelt Nachtdienste möglich (selten)

Qualifikationen

  • Solide EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
