  • دعم التشغيل السلس لقسم الأغذية والمشروبات، وضمان تقديم جميع جوانب تجربة خدمة الضيوف بأعلى مستويات الجودة
  • العمل ضمن فريق يهدف إلى تحقيق أقصى درجات رضا وراحة الضيوف، مع تقديم استجابات إيجابية وسريعة لاستفساراتهم
  • تحمّل مسؤولية المهام والواجبات الموكلة للوظيفة، وضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال في الوقت المحدد وبطريقة احترافية
  • المساهمة في تحقيق خطط وأهداف القسم، وضمان تنفيذ مبادرات الفندق وتحقيق المستهدفات
  • التعاون مع المشرف المباشر لضمان التحكم في التكاليف والمخزون، وتحقيق مستويات الإنتاجية والأداء المطلوبة
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعّالة، مع تعزيز ثقافة الشركة وقيمها
  • ضمان الالتزام بجميع القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها، وتنفيذ وتوثيق متطلبات العناية الواجبة وأفضل الممارسات، استعدادًا لعمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية، مع متابعة الإجراءات اللازمة عند الحاجة
