Opis oferty pracy

Nasz zespół Food & Beverage stanowi kluczowy element doświadczenia Gości — jako wyrafinowani gospodarze posiadamy naturalną umiejętność przewidywania ich potrzeb. Jesteśmy obecni dokładnie tam, gdzie powinniśmy, w odpowiednim czasie, oferując standard gościnności wykraczający poza oczekiwania i tworząc niezapomniane chwile.

Rola Kelnera/Kelnerki Śniadaniowego/Śniadaniowej to znacznie więcej niż podawanie porannych dań i napojów. To odpowiedzialność za pierwszy kontakt Gości z restauracją w ciągu dnia, dbałość o zbudowanie przyjaznej atmosfery oraz zapewnienie, aby każdy rozpoczął dzień w komfortowy i pozytywny sposób.

W zakresie obowiązków znajdzie się m.in.:

  • zapewnienie najwyższego poziomu obsługi Gości podczas serwisu śniadaniowego,
  • profesjonalne, uprzejme i empatyczne podejście, z naturalną postawą gospodarza,
  • proaktywne reagowanie na potrzeby Gości oraz dbanie o sprawny przebieg całego serwisu,
  • współpraca z zespołem w celu utrzymania wysokich standardów w obszarze Food & Beverage oraz płynności pracy podczas najbardziej dynamicznej części dnia.
